From start to finish regarding my issue with my washing machine NAC have been first class Contact on the phone , details of what would happen, price, involvement of an engineer, were all pointed out clearly. The only reason I have not gone for 5 stars was purely what the issue was found out to be. I had not turned a tap on. However that said, if I required help again I certainly would not hesitate to call on them again. And many thanks to Paul who even though I was out, family members said what a nice guy. I have given a four star rating for my dealing with NAC simply because from the first contact point they were so professional and the booking process was so easy with costs etc explained clearly. The engineer arrived sadly when I was not in but family members did make a comment about how nice he was, which always adds to the job. Thank you Paul, And I certainly would not hesitate to deal with the company again. And if the issue I had, had been far more involved and the service to the same standard I certainly would add another star.

Bad news our Miele has after 23yrs become scrap as parts are not available ☹️. However the service was very good, on time and thorough and showed us damaged parts. Would recommend this service and thanks to Glyn.
